Louis and his team inspires the participants to be active on both giving and receiving feedback in a safe environment. Participants will be trained in feedback methodology and put into tasks and situations that will allow them to practice taking the lead and giving feedback. 

 

The course is well suited for new leaders who wants to try out different leadership styles and receive feedback, as well as more experienced leaders who needs to train or freshen up their feedback skills.
