LeaderWithTeam is a special concept that enables the leader to try out different leadership styles in a safe and practical environment receiving feedback along the way. The trial and error methods of the course will accelerate learning, and help the leader to recognize challenges and strengths in themselves.

The course is both suited for new and more experienced. The setup demands that a group of leaders should participate the course together.
